Since 1900′s the concept cloud has been used, first it reefers to the telephone were all the phones were connected with a cable, then in the 80′s the first related concept to computers came out meaning a server were all the data is stored and can be accessed anywhere.
This concept has been improving in lately years improving the way we see and use the internet.

First of all we need to know the two parts of the “cloud” The front and the back.
The front is what we see in the computer or in any gadget that let us access our data meaning a phone, a computer, or any divice that can access the internet. Here is were we see our data, modify our data, or store our data.
The back is the server were everything is stored and we don’t have to care were it is or how it works, cause they do everything for us.
Finally we need to know that the service provider, in where we are making usage of the cloud, they have to pay to a third company for the amount of data they will use, I mean they don’t own all the storage and only let you use it. So let’s say that if we use a free service and we expand the storage up to 50 GB, they will pay a third company for that amount of storage.
So the usage of the “cloud” for any internet web based service will be more often needed by all web service companies or they won’t be able to be competitive.

Players compete by guessing the most popular search term, an action we hope is somehow augmented by a dramatic Wiimote flourish

Many other handset makers and PC vendors, including Samsung Electronics Co Ltd and Hewlett-Packard Co , are expected to follow Apple Inc’s move into the new category of devices, between traditional PCs and smartphones.

Over the weekend, Apple sold more than 300,000 iPads on the tablet computer’s first day in stores, a strong showing that roughly matched Wall Street forecasts and mirrored the iPhone’s debut in 2007.

The runaway success of iPhone surprised Nokia, and it took almost two years for the Finnish firm to roll out its first phone model with a large touch screen.

The cellphone maker entered the PC industry last year when it introduced its first laptop. It has sold small phone-like devices for browsing the Internet since 2005, but with very limited success.

U.S. stocks finished Tuesday’s session with modest gains, helped by assurances from the Federal Reserve that easy money conditions would continue.

Stocks rose to their highest levels of the session after the release of the minutes from the Fed’s last policy-setting meeting, at which central bankers decided to keep their target lending rate near 0%. Fed officials also noted signs of a strengthening economy along with ongoing troubled spots, namely the weak labor market

China Central Bank Said to Resume 3-Year Bill Sales

China’s central bank will sell three-year bills tomorrow for the first time since June 2008, seeking to drain cash from the world’s fastest-growing economy, traders at three of the nation’s largest banks said.

The People’s Bank of China asked the lenders to give indications of their demand for the securities, said the traders, who asked not to be identified before an official announcement. The companies are primary dealers required to bid at bill auctions. A central bank press officer declined to comment.
